2011 Parish Festival Sign-up Sheet

Please tell us which of the following areas you prefer to work (check all that apply).  We will try to accomodate your preference(s).  If you check multiple areas, but have a strong first choice, note that in Special Requests.

A committee member will be calling prior to the Festival to confirm your Schedule!

We are looking for a few workers to help with Cleanup after the Festival is completed.  Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please check Yes below if you are willing to help with cleanup.

Worker Raffle: For each shift worked, one entry will be submitted into a drawing for one of two $100.00 gift certificates of your choice.  Of course, the more shifts worked, the greater the chances of winning.
